Through their interactive exhibits and fun educational programs, the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County (CMOSC) has been dedicated to inspiring young minds to learn about the world around them. Since opening its doors in 2012, the museum has become our community’s premier destination of learning through play, welcoming over 150,000 parents, caregivers, educators, and families each year.
In 2020, West County Net partnered with the CMOSC team to create a new custom website to provide essential resources to existing museum affiliates and help attract new members and donors. As their digital marketing agency and provider for SEO, SEM and Social Media, we commit efforts to further expand their reach and provide information and resources to the families in our community.
We worked very closely with the CMOSC team to complete a thorough overhaul and bring their website up-to-date. We developed and designed custom WordPress solutions to accommodate their event management system, emphasize their interactive exhibits and educational programs, and make information regarding their services and resources more easily accessible.
Every aspect of the design of the new website was curated to benefit the museum’s team, as well as its visitors. With the help of West County, the Children’s Museum is able to cultivate its resources in an open and accessible way with improved user experience and increased engagement with our community.
